Luke Parker is a Washington trial attorney representing people and families injured by another’s negligence.
Luke joined Tuttle & Associates in March 2026 after serving as a Senior Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in King County. In the Violent Crime Unit, he prosecuted cases involving murder, drive-by shootings, first-degree assault, and major drug trafficking. Earlier in his career, he prosecuted misdemeanors for the City of Bellevue.
His prosecutorial experience includes more than 20 jury trials to verdict in King County and more than 25 jury trials in Bellevue. His work has spanned investigations, charging decisions, pretrial motions and negotiations, trial, post-trial motions, and sentencing.
Today, Luke brings that litigation background to personal injury matters at Tuttle & Associates, including car accidents and premises liability cases.
